Sounds like you are not keen on any of these games, since you don't feel like deciding on one of them.
There is always "Option 2", you know.... |

cj2468 - my personal recommendation would be Batman as the first one was awesome. I suppose it depends on how long you are willing to wait - Arkham City is out tomorrow, both Elder Scrolls and Unchartered are out next month.
Elder Scrolls will give you longevity, and I can imagine people clocking up 100+ hours on that game. I like the Unchartered series, but I think they are overrated. For sheer excitement and fanboy geekiness, it has to be the dark knight! On a side note, I'm lucky in that my wife has an expensive hobby (horses!) so she can never argue with me when it comes to how much I spend on games! I recently bought Gears of War 3, Arkham City, Dead Island, Alice Madness Returns, Deus Ex and Rage - these will probably keep me going till Christmas! |

Hi all, new here but this post jumped out at me
I'm a die hard PC gamer. I own a ps3 but it's my media centre as I just dont get the same buzz from using a console! Currently addicted to Dragon Age, on my 5th play throguh of origins/awakening with all the DLC before moving on to me 5th play through of DA2 with the new Mark of the Assassin - looks good! |

Hmm, thanks for your thoughts. I'm swaying towards Skyrim because of the living, breathing world that they've made. Plus value for money! I never got the first Batman although i did play it, and it is definitely the best superhero game there has been. Uncharted is great and just so much fun but I think I can wait a little longer for that one because i've played the first 2 through. I forgot about Deus Ex actually, maybe need to add that to the mix! Definitely not Dark Souls for me though - it is reportedly one of the hardest games of all time!
But then again if i pass an HMV store tomorrow Batman might be too good to miss! I'm glad that there are gamers on this site. I'm solely into PS3 really - never really had a powerful enough PC to play any good games without crashing all the time! Although i did used to have an Amstrad that played games off of a cassette tape and worked a treat! |

I built my PC 4 years ago for less than £300, specs that at that time would have set me back atleast double that and it's still performing brilliantly! For gaming its all about graphics and memory - even just upgrading your graphics card and adding memory can turn a 'just so' pc into a great gaming rig Haha I had an Amstrad, there's one game I used to love that was walking around a castle but cant remember for the life of me what it was called. Lots of treasure chests to bash! |

If you havent already decided, I can say Arkham City is awesome. I got it on Friday and have barely done anything with it, cos I have just spent my time gawping at the scenary, and doing small side missions!
