Went from nearly 12 stone, (which at 5'1" is fairly heavy), and am now just over 8 stone. I followed the 'boots online' diet plan, and did that in 2009, and still 8 stone; also my work is a full day of 'on the go' not at a desk which is a bonus, and then of course STRESS! See even stress has it's rewards! Keep up the good work all of those who are working towards a healthier lifestyle....mind you a little indulgence every now and then is allowed....isn't it?

It's all very sensible BUT only if, like me, you have the time & inclination to complete it. Because I feel I OUGHT to enter somehting in the exercise section that's enough to MAKE me go for that half hour walk!! |
