I have had a look at the ride using Google and it shows that the hills are less steep (but longer) going from West coast I am told that you will be able to catch a shuttle service to recovery cyclist and bike back to west coast Good luck. If you have already done it I would be grateful of any news on what to do / avoid regards Tony
