Hi all
Do any of you participate in a bit of zumba? I've just started a class and love it
Love to hear your stories

I don't take part in it but any kind of dancing has appeal to me. If only there was more time, I always watch people dancing and think how amazing it is, wishing I could do that. well done loopylou for taking action it sounds a lot of fun

Yes I got myself an exercise DVD that takes you through a 10 Minute routine, 5 different ones in a week. I will start to use it every morning when my boys go back to school... I would be too embarrassed being seen doing stretching exercises in front of my laptop!
I am totally unfit and hope to get moving again to join a gym eventually. Isn't exercise tiring!?

Great fun! Just go with the flow and enjoy it. The classes are much better and the entertainment value is priceless.
I've done it a few times and really enjoy it. Don't be shy, join in the fun

Love zumba! Although I haven't been consistent with it, it is the most fun I have had with my clothes on! I love the music and the fact that it works on co-ordination whilst you are getting an all over body workout.
