I don't want life to get away from me. After being a workaholic and a couch potato for the last 15 years, I have changed my lifestyle and lost a lot of weight over the last couple of years just through exercise.

Now I am fit and healthy and invigorated and I intend to try live life to the full.

Looking for a cycling buddy for either road / mountain bike (have both) for exploring and rides out / stop for lunch somewhere / share a joke - debate current affairs - moan about the weather - decide on most appropriate best method of putting the world to rights!
